All candles are hand-poured in unique, one-of-a-kind porcelain pieces and carefully selected vessels. Each piece is artisanal and singular — small imperfections are part of the handmade character.
Because of this, returns and refunds are limited.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us if there is an issue with your order.

Returns will only be accepted if the item is unused, unlit, undamaged, and in its original condition.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged.

We cannot accept returns for candles that have been lit or used.

In the case of shipping damage (photos required within 48 hours), we will work together to find a suitable solution — a refund or a replacement piece if possible.

Because these items are unique, they cannot be returned.
