Refund & Return Policy

All candles are hand-poured in unique, one-of-a-kind porcelain pieces and carefully selected vessels. Each piece is artisanal and singular — small imperfections are part of the handmade character.

Because of this, returns and refunds are limited.

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us if there is an issue with your order.

• Returns will only be accepted if the item is unused, unlit, undamaged, and in its original condition.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged.

• We cannot accept returns for candles that have been lit or used.

• In the case of shipping damage (photos required within 48 hours), we will work together to find a suitable solution — a refund or a replacement piece if possible.
